1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service and minimizing costs, WE DO NOT BILL.

2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, – all cards must be signed by the owner of the card), checks (with valid NJ license – address on checks must match address on license), cash, and Care Credit.

3. If you have any questions regarding fees or payment, ask the doctor or receptionist before any treatment is given.
